Constitution Place – Building B and Basements

Completed in 2022 the Constitution Place project works in with modernising the heart of the Canberra CBD whilst creating a new iconic multi-use precinct. This project, consisting of many differing functional spaces, attracted various new high-profile tenants each having unique individual design and build requirements.

The base building on the project was initially a partial design by the consultant, with Switched On Electrical Services completing the remaining portion as a Design & Construct contract. Working with a unique set of requirements and a complex brief, our in-house engineers were able to further develop the design as required, with WELL’s compliance and a 5-Star NABERS energy rating, for our construction team to deliver on the aspects of the project.

Working closely with the client (Canberra Airport Group), Builder (Construction Control Pty Ltd) and other stakeholders we were again able to highlight our ability to overcome unforeseen difficulties, provide efficient and manageable solutions and deliver within given time-frames at an excellent standard.
